Chef Sam from IPB Internasional is Demonstrating a Balinese Cooking Class to Jinan Vocational College

As a collaboration between IPB Internasional & Jinan Vocational College, the first agenda, namely the Balinese Cooking Demo, was held virtually at Paon Bali, IPB International.

The typical Balinese food that was demonstrated was Jukut Undis Mekuah & Sayur Urap, which was brought by Chef Samudera and assisted by an english-chinese translator, to participants from Jinan Vocational College.
 

The event which lasts for 3 days, from November 10 to November 12, will provide training on other Balinese specialties. On the following day, Balinese specialties that will be served are Sate Lilit, Ayam Betutu, Pisang Rai and Bubur Sumsum, which will be demonstrated directly by our Chef.
