Erasmus+ Activities : Coffee Making Professinal Training by The Tenerife Professor

Another Erasmus+ activity during a visit to IPB International, was professional coffee making by Professor from Tenerife.

Not only about coffee, but knowledge about making Tenerife's special sauce, also shared by the Spanish team to IPB International students.

 

 

 

Julián Quintero Aldana is a professor at CIFP Virgen de Candelaria vocational center´s programme of services and restaurant. He makes dishes called Barraquito Coffee and Mojo, which are typically Canarian dipping sauces.

It is a good opportunity for students, to be able to learn about the different dishes, especially from Spain.
