Denpasar, February 14, 2025 – IPB International and Bali Hospitality School (SPB) have once again reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing the quality of education, establishing themselves as premier institutions dedicated to producing future generations ready to compete on both national and international levels.

This success was celebrated in a series of events, culminating in the Open Senate Session of IPB International, which took place on Friday, February 14, 2025. The event was conducted solemnly and meaningfully, attended by academics, students, and key stakeholders from the education and hospitality industries.

The event commenced with speeches from the Rector of IPB International, the Chairman of the Dharma Widya Ulangun Foundation, and representatives from the Regional Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI) Region VIII Bali Nusra. These speeches highlighted the remarkable journey of IPB International and SPB in achieving excellence in education and their contributions to the hospitality industry.

As an academic highlight, the open senate session featured a scientific oration delivered by an IPB International lecturer who had recently completed their doctoral degree. This served as concrete evidence of the institution’s continuous efforts to improve the quality of its educators to produce competent graduates.

During the event, two books, collaboratively authored by IPB International lecturers, were officially presented as a tribute to academia and the hospitality industry. Additionally, awards were given to five lecturers with the Best Sinta Score and three outstanding instructors in recognition of their dedication to education.

The event's festivity continued into the luncheon session at Kecak Restaurant. The celebration was further enlivened by performances from IPB International students, including a musical performance by the Student Activity Unit (UKM) Band and a dance performance by the UKM Korea group. As a token of appreciation for their dedication, awards were also presented to faculty and staff members who had served for 10, 15, 20, and 25 years.
